MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / January 2006Accessing Contact folders for mail merge/labels
I have many Contact folders, but only four of them appear when I click on the address book icon by the "To" field for sending email. The same is true when I try to print labels in a mail merge sequence and click "Choose a Contact Folder." Right click on the 'missing' ones, choose Properties, go to the Outlook Address Book tab and check the "Show this folder as an email address book" box >I have many Contact folders, but only four of them appear when I click on >the > address book icon by the "To" field for sending email.
