how do I reset the defalt font for my journal

I'm not sure how I did it, but I have reset my font in contacts/journal so
that all my notes are red edwardian fonts. I can change the fonts individual
contacts, but each time I enter a new one, its the same old default font
...red Edwardian.

From F1 Help:

Change the style of text and other elements in a view
Switch to the view you want to change.
How?
On the View menu, point to Arrange By, point to Current View, and then click
the view you want.
On the View menu, point to Arrange By, and then click Custom.
Click Other Settings.
Select the options you want, and then click OK.
