I just purchased Office 2003 Professional. I was hoping that outlook 2003 with the business contacts management software would replace ACT. I can't figure out how to share our customer database on the server so that everyone would be working off the same database. How is this done, if possible? > thanks Dear btulskie, On this site is an article on various ways to share Outlook data: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA011477571033.aspx You will also find a list of third-party sharing tools: http://www.mapistore.com/Outlook/Groupware http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm The BCM (Business Contact Manager), can only share Contacts with 5 users but not PST files or other folders as contacts folders. The BCM is a .NET database and not based on PST files.
