How do I import contacts to oulook 2003??

Hi,

I've been having trouble with importing my contacts.
Whenever I import it, it works but never show name and when I click 'open'
for a contact, it's completely blank!

Please help me

Post enough details for someone to help. The format of the file form which
you are importing and the precise steps you are using would be a minimum.

Never mind anymore.
I've figured out how now, it's pretty complicated for the first time ^^ the
whole outlook 2003 is haha.
