I need to email my whole contact list to someone, how do I do this?

If that person is using Outlook you can copy them to a New PST file:
- File menu > New > Outlook Data File
- Drag/Drop the data you want to the new set of folders
- right click on the root of the new Personal Folders and choose "Close"
- Exit Outlook
- Restart Outlook
- Mail that new PST file to the other person
