We are looking at upgrading to Outlook 2003 to gain better span controls (we
are currently using 2000).

If we upgrade, will we still be able to share contacts between all users in
the office?  We have a novell network, not a microsoft.

Thanks!

No.  Outlook is a client.  You need a server in place as well to allow
sharing of folders.  See this: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm

If you are currently using Net Folders with Outlook 2000, that buggy
implementation has been removed from all future versions of Outlook - thank
goodness!!
