Missing contacts

Hi
When I try to add one of my contacts to an e-mail they do not show up, but
when I go into my contacts they are still there. I have recently changed my
PC.

If we are to assume you are trying to select your recipient from the Outlook
Address Book, then configure it. You should post your Outlook version if you
don't know how.
