I am using Outlook 2000 and Office XP.  I do not use
Outlook for e-mail.  I have never used OL Express.
OL2000 is the only version I have used.  Originally I
used it with Windows 98SE and then upgraded to Windows
XP.  I use one main folder and many sub-folders in
organizing my contacts.  I cannot get information in the
subfolders to transfer to the address book in Outlook or
in Word.  The information in the main "Contacts" folder
transfers without a problem.  What should I do?  Thank
you.

Are each of the subfolders enabled as e-mail address books? R click each
folder > Properties > Email Address Book Tab.
