In Microsoft Outlook not all of my contacts show up in my "To" box when I'm
trying to send and e-mail. I can see them when I go to "Contacts" but they
are not all available when I click "To", Select Names from, Outlook address
Book. Can you offer me any suggestions?

1: Check those Contacts that don't display to see if they have a valid mail
address. There is a little intelligence to Outlook... if there is no mail
address, even a contact that exists will not display in your Address Book.

2: Do you perhaps have more than one Contacts folder with mostly duplicate
contacts? It's possible that one is set to be an Outlook Address Book and the
other not.
