When Outlook 2000 is open, user is getting 'Illegal Operation Messages' This
happens when trying to send new message & sometimes when closing Outlook. The
sent message does deliver to the recipient. If you click details on msg, you
see msg 'Outlook caused invalid page defult. I have tried Office 2000 detect
& repair & reconfiged Outlook.

Not sure what this has to do with Contacts. There is no real information
here. What is the precise error message? What are the exact steps that
produce it?
Detect and Repair does not usually solve problems like this. Try some
routine maintenance like creating a new profile and recreating your mail
accounts.
You'll need to post a more accurate account of your version and include your
mail support mode if you need help creating a profile.
