My computer crashed last week and now I am reinstalling everything.

I installed Office2002, but I do not remember if this is the same, or, I may
have been using Office2000 before.

I imported the pst file, but instead of grouping the almost 500 entries in
folders (to collapse or expand as needed) grouped by company, they are
displayed all on one screen.

Hopefully I can change this. Suggestions??

I made a webpage to illustrate:

Thanks,
Battersby.

Don't import.  Just open the PST with File>Open>Outlook Data File.

Just change your view setting to the one you used before.
Your post is unclear, but it seems to me you were using the "By company"
view.
