Running Outlook 2003 via Citrix for multiple users and have imported address
books from Lotus Notes into Exchange. When trying to enable the Contacts
Properties to add to Outlook address book, the option is greyed out. How can
this be enabled? Is this a GPO issue?

Just add the Outlook Address Book Service to the profile.

Thanks for the info, that did work, but how can I enable this for 180+ users?
My end users are not workflow savy...if you know what I mean!!! Thanks again
Russ!

You should ask in an Exchange group on methods for deploying features group
wide.
