We (the boss!) has created a form which is displayed for all our contacts.
Part of the form has been set up as a text box. When we insert text and 'save
and close', the text is not there the next time we view the contact. Any
suggestions?
We are using Outlook 2003 with SP2.

At the top of the Value tab of the text box's Properties dialog, did you select an Outlook field to hold the data?

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms or, via web interface, at http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/default.mspx?dg=microsoft.public
.outlook.program_forms
