,I'd like to use a form letter to merge into Outlook contacts. So far so good
and easy.  My question is, I'd like to edit each individual letter with
different  $ amounts  and dates, after merging the addresses.  Each time I
try, it universally changes $ amounts in all letters.  Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Suggest posting in a Word group with a clearer description.
There are no Outlook issues here.

Put the dollar data into a New Field in Outlook Contacts, use it in your
merge fields.
