how do i recover deleted contacts folder

I mistakenly deleted a folder first from Contacts, then from Deleted Items
under Contacts. Any ideas on how to recover?

If you don't use Exchange as your mail server and don't have a back of the .pst file that holds your Outlook data, those contacts are gone forever.

If you're connected to an Exchange server, use the Recover Deleted Items
feature. If not, your only chance is here:
