How can you add kid and spouse birthday to contacts? There is a spot for the
main persons birthday and an anniversary but no spot to enter the spouse's
birthday (only the name) or the kids birthday. I don't want to have to add a
new contact for each child or to have two enteries for each couple. I use
Microsoft Office 2000
Basic Edition (Outlook 2003). Any suggestions.

Suggestion,
There is no limit to the number of contacts. Simply enter each individual in
a contact. Then as each birthday comes along, you will be notified.

Open the contact who has a spouse or child. Click the All Fields tab. In
the "Select from" drop-down, choose "Name fields". The "Children" and
"Spouse" fields are there.
