I am trying to print out my outlook address book.  I have several entries
with numerous items [accounts; multiple staff] which i put in the blank
secton - which i call  the "comments" section .  When i call it up on the
computre - all the entries in that section are visible - when i print it out
- only some print out.  Any suggestions on how i can print out wntire

Either print all the contacts using the Memo print style or use your contacts as the data source for a Word mail merge, which will allow you to select what fields to print. For best results, start the merge in Outlook with the Tools | Mail Merge command.
