Hi,

I have a huge database with several categories and contact details,
sometimes i need to send email shots (mass mailing) to contacts distubited in
several categories. I search for them through the Advanced search and then
after i search for them i cannot use this search to make action over them.

My question is: Is there a way to send email shots to my search results.

P.S. I am using MS Outlook 2003

Thx, Noha

You should be able to select all the items in the search and copy them into a new, blank contacts folder. Go to that folder, select them all, choose Tools | Mail Merge and follow the prompts to create a mail merge with e-mail messages as the target output.
