I have Detailed contacts in Outlook with Long (20 to 200 words) notes.
When I try to print tghem out in detailed address view, notes longer then 30
to 40 words do not print compleatly.
I am currently using Office 2003 Professional

Either use the Memo Style to print each individual item or use the contact data as the source for a Word mail merge.
