Hi,
Would anyone can help me, I am trying to import contacts
that is created in excel but the fax area codes is in
different column as the fax local numbers of the contacts.
In outlook I don't see the field fax area code to map
with, just only fax number.
Thanks.

There isn't a seperate field for area code in Outlook. Can you do a Union
query or something similar in Excel to combine the Area Code and Fax number
fields before you do the import?

You can use ContactGenie (link below) that allows for multi-part phone
numbers on import (it's free for what you need to do).
