Remove: - Tools menu > Email accounts > View/Change existing address books/directories > Click Next - Highlight Outlook Address Book - Click Change - Remove all "Contact" folders shown - OK out of dialogs Add: - right click on the Contacts folder - choose Properties - go to the Outlook Address Book tab - check the "Show this folder as an email address book" box > Hello Vince > thank you for replying [quoted text clipped - 7 lines] >> >will >> > not open Vince, thank you for a very helpful post. In my Outlook 2003 I had the same problem and your post fixed it perfectly. The only thing I found is that after making your suggested changes I had to close and re-start Outlook for the changes to take affect. Thank you once again. regards Sean.
