I am using Outlook 2000 on two PCs. On one PC, the To list for my contacts
reads as follows - Bernie E-mail 1, Bernie E-Mail 2 etc. This data is pulled
from one record for Bernie who has 2 e-mail addresses and allows me to select
both easily.
On the second PC, Bernie is listed only once, even though there are two
e-mail addresses there too. To choose between them, I have to change the
Default e-mail address.
How can I have the second PCs To list appear the same as the first PCs?

Sounds like the two machines might be running Outlook in different modes.
Check on the second line here on each machine in Outlook: Help menu > About
