Sending email to a Category List

How do I send an email to a specific group of people who
have been tagged under "Category" in my Contacts? For
instance, I've checked 20% of my contacts as 'Christmas',
and now want to send them all a Christmas Greeting
without setting up a new distribution list, as the
members of this particular category are always changing.

Collapse and select the Category header
Actions > New Message to Contact.
