I am using Imate Jam for cell and PDA requirements, and it runs on Windows
Mobile 2003 Second Edition. Microsoft Outlook has only one field for Mobile
phone, while many of my contacts have more than one cell phone. Is it
possible that MS Outlook 2003, which I am using, can be modified to display
two cell phone fields?

No. Use one of the other existing phone fields such as pager or radio.
