Does the address book in Outlook 2000 have a limited size? Contacts folder
reads a size about 8.5Mb. Can't add any contact more. It gives a message "...
the messaging interface returned unknown error....".
Please advise what is the limit size and is there such limitation in Outlook
2003 ?
May be there are some other mail clients without such limitations but with
the same features like Outlook?
Thanks in advance.

There is no address book in Outlook. All Outlook Data is stored in one file.
In Outlook 2000, theoretical limit of that file is 2 GB, practical limit 1.5
GB.
Your problem is elsewhere. The causes for this error message are countless.
Search the Knowledge Base to see which applies to your setup.
