I had outlook with 100's of emails in address book.  Computer crashed.

Reinstalled, but no addresses.  What do I do?

I thought outlook.pst had that stuff, but that only recovered emails, not
addresses.

There is no address book in Outlook.
All data is stored in the PST file.
Reinstalling would do nothing to recover data. What did you do to "recover
data?"
