There's no way to do this largely because there's no need to.
Once you've created a grouping of your Contacts by assigning a Company
designation or by assigning a category, it is far better to group your
recipients that way than to create a DL. DL's don't work well and are not
reliable.

A lot of people don't realize that Outlook has built most of its grouping
and sorting functions into the Contact Folder interface rather than the
Address Book interface.
All you need to do is use the By Company view, select the group, then
Actions > New Message to Contact....
