My husband is going to leave AOL.  Finally!!  Yippee!!

I can see that the AOL "Intellisync" utility is one way for him to
export his AOL address book to Outlook Express.  However, once he
establishes his new email address and sets up an account for it in OE,
will those addresses cross between OE accounts?  'Cause I think that
the intellisync utility will set up an AOL account in OE, won't it?

Can anyone tell me how best to handle this?

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.

You can also find some good Outlook Express information here:

Sorry for the mis-posting.  I looked carefully through the
microsoft.public listings and couldn't find anything for OE.  So I
tried here.

It is under the Windows groups.

Thanks for this link, Bill.  Following Milly's first post, I looked
under some internet explorer groups for OE subgroups and have posted
there.  I don't want to cross-post, so I'll wait a couple of days to
see if I get any replies.  If not, I'll definitely use your link.

Thanks again-  Betsy

I mean, Thanks Brian.  I'm embarrassed....

No problem.  If I had a bill for every time I've been called "Bill", I'd be
wealthy.

Yes, I can relate to that.  I get called "Betty" or "Becky" or - if you
can believe this - even "Nancy" all the time...

Thanks for your gracious reply...!
