customize form with new mail using ?

Can I add a new mail to contact using a specific oft or html stationary ?
How would I go about inserting the new mail to contact using item in the
actions at the top of the form ?

Both would require code behind the form:

1) .oft -- use Application.CreateItemFromTemplat
