completed forms from our webiste are emailed to us and are not "from"
anybody, so there is no "from" email.  Is there any easy/quick way to add
email addresses to your contacts from the body of a message using outlook
2003??  Thanks!

Is your web form set up to use the poster's address as the reply-to address (that's a common feature)? If so, you should be able to start a reply to the message and use the usual right-click technique. Otherwise, you'll need custom code or a tool to extract the data from the message. See http://www.slipstick.com/addins/extract.htm
