Contacts should export directly to Streets & Trips with one click

Open a contact and have a button that when checked, plots the contacts
location on a MS streets & trips map. I'd export the Contacts primary phone
number too.

While it won't use Streets and Trips, clicking Actions>Display Map of
Address in Outlook 2003 will use MSN Maps (i.e., MapPoint).  Earlier
versions used Expedia. Some versions of Outlook (2000, for example) allow
modifying the map source via registry.  See this:
