While it won't use Streets and Trips, clicking Actions>Display Map of
Address in Outlook 2003 will use MSN Maps (i.e., MapPoint). Earlier
versions used Expedia. Some versions of Outlook (2000, for example) allow
modifying the map source via registry. See this:

However, that doesn't work for the current Outlook.
