I have a question. I have a customer with a sever 2003, Exchange server. They
use outlook public folders. I can’t mail merge the folders, but I could last
week.  I think I have everything checked, but do not understand why it would
work last week, but not now.   The contact was there, but now it's not.   I'm
at a loss and would appreciate any help you could offer.

To perform a mail merge from a public contacts folder, you must display the folder, then start the merge with Outlook's Tools | Mail Merge command. You cannot start the merge from Word.
