In Outlook Contacts if I click the Check Names...the Check Full Name form
appears. The problem is that the Last Name displays as the first name and the
first name displays as the last name. I exported the contacts and the fields
are correct so I am assuming the form text boxes are incorrectly labeled; I
can't edit the form, is there a fix for this?

What setting did you specify for the Full Name field?
