As maximum with untill now 600 users and 40 central PST files as "live" and simultaneously shared PSTs with our store provider software Public Sharefolder. That's great. Your software ways "workgroup". I'm assuming, then, that PCs in a domain can't use your software. SignatureBrian Tillman Hi Brian, Public Sharefolder works in a domain (NT 4.0 - 2003), on terminal Server (Windows and citrics) and in workgroups with NT based systems. It works between 2 users and untill now 600 users, with our without a domain, with or without a server, doesn´t matter. You can make your workstation or laptop to a "server" so you can share your Outlook PST "live". :-) We have a customer (25 users) with a 190GB (!) shared Outlook 2003 unicode PST. This large PST file you can not share with a sync based software only with a "live" access to a shared PST.
