can you merge users contact list

Hi there,
We have lots of users of outlook all of which have their own contacts stored
in their contact list. However other users also need these contac details.
I t is very time consuming to search though every users contacts to find the
required information. Is it possible to merge the users contact lists to
create a central contact list of some sort?

You could copy them all to a public folder, but there's no built-in way to keep such a folder updated automatically.
