In Outlook 2003, when in a new message and clicking on To: my contacts are sorted using first names. Is there a way to have them sorted by last names? You can change the sorting to use the File As here: Tools menu > Email accounts > View/change existing directories/address books > Click Next > Highlight Outlook Address Book > Click Change > In Outlook 2003, when in a new message and clicking on To: my contacts are > sorted using first names.
