When I open my "address book" through Outlook, which
pulls the address from "contacts" some of the names
appear first name, last name instead of last name, first
name. I have tried deleting the contact and re-adding it
to no avail. The format is:

Full Name: Michael Belkin
File As: Belkin, Michael

I have tried changing Full Name to: Belkin, Michael. This
does no good.
