I'm not sure about Outlook 2000, but when using 2003 it will work if you do
the following: control panel / regional and language options / advanced:
choose Russian for non-Unicode programs & reboot. This will show certain
windows menus in cyrillic depending on their native code. In Outlook 2003 it
will show the contacts index in cyrillic.
