is outlook 2002 better than 2003 for emails

I want to copy a contact entry to have in more than one folder but it only
lets me move.  In 2002 one could move or copy an entry.

Right mouse drag and when you release you can select Move or Copy.  That
method worked in al versions of Outlook.
