Printing notes section of Personal Contacts in Medium Booklet Styl

You wouldn't think that I'd have to print out my personal contacts, but a
hard copied is desired, just in case, as well as for daily used when the
computer is not available.

Here's the scoop.  I would like to print all the data on the Contact page
under the "General" tab, especially the notes section in the lower right hand
corner.

When trying to print the contact list in Medium Booklet Style, the notes
section is omitted.  I don't want to print memo style because it produces too
big a book.  I can't see where I have any options to set/reset the printing
preferences.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are no such options. Printing in the Booklet style doesn't print the full contact body. If you want greater control over the printed output, you'd need to perform a merge to Word.
