hi brian... what my boss did to move the emails to the new outlook, is to
copy the only pst file that was under admin and pasted it under the lula one.
she doesn't remember the name of it though, but she claims that it was the
only one there. The outlook version, I'm positive that is Outlook 2002.
My boss is on a bussiness trip, so I couldn't talk to her to much about it,
but that's what she said she did with the pst file.
thank you and I'll try to get some more information when she comes back. but
I do have to update 2 more machines from win 2000 to win xp... do you think
I'm going to have the same issue???

How did you access the mail in that PST? I asked you to describe in detail
how you migrated the data. You told me only a portion of it (how you moved
the file) but not all of it (how you got the mail to appear in Outlook).
