I think the subject was confusing in that it might have
been thought that this was an email question.  But it does
have to do with contacts.  Can someone please help?

I have a group of people I would like to send an email
to.  Some of the people have two email addresses.  If I
highlight one person and click under "Actions" "New
Message to Contact", then it will put both email addresses
in the "to" field.  However, if I use my "category" and
highlight the category and then click, "new message to
contact" it not include both email fields.

Does anyone know how to do this?
Thank you
Heidi

I don't believe sending to a Category will permit this. Instead, you might
need to create a Distribution List that contains all the email addresses to
which you want to send.
