I am trying to recover my address book from my old PC with outlook 2000,
saved in file with name mailboxFP.PAB in order to import it then to my new PC
with outlook express 6, but without success. Can anyone help me?

I tried to call support from MS but I was surprised to learn that they do
not support any longer outlook 2000 (installed on my old PC less than 3 years
ago.

Thank you in advance

They also no longer support PAB's which have been out of use even longer.
You must migrate your PAB to a Contacts Folder in Outlook. Only then would
you have the ability to export that data to a format OE could import, such
as a CSV file.

In order to import that PAB, you must first configure it to be in use by
Outlook.  In other words, you must have Outlook installed and configured
properly on a system that also has Outlook Express installed and configured
properly..  Then in Outlook Express you'll be able to click
File>Import>Other Address Book, select "Microsoft Exchange Personal Address
Book", click Next, and Outlook Express should import it.
