getting saved yahoo email addresses to outlook

Is there a way to 'import' or move my saved addresses from yahoo to outlook?

Yes, if you go to your Yahoo address book and look in the top right corner
you will see an option to import/export. Not sure if this is on the free
standard Yahoo or if only available to Yahoo Plus. There is also an option
to synch.

It's available on the free accounts as well as the paid accounts.
