I would like to print a single category.
I have several contacts in multipule categories. They are sorting as below:
Example
Bob, Jeff, Sam is in category:
Home, Work, Friend
When I do a category view, I see
+Category: Family, Work, Friend (3 items, 3 unread)
I want to see:
+Category: Family (3 items, 3 unread)
+Category: Work (3 items, 3 unread)
+Category: Friend (3 items, 3 unread)
If I put a contact in the 3 categories and also 1 other such as Biking. I
will see category:
+Category: Family, Work, Friend (3 items, 3 unread)
+Category: Family, Work, Friend, Biking (1 items, 1 unread)
I'd like print everyone in the Family category but if the contact is in more
than one category, Outlook lists all corresponding categories as one view.
Thanks for the help.

You could make a filtered view of just that one Category.
Without you giving your version, I won't try to explain the steps in all 4
versions.
