How can I use my msn hotmail contact list with Outlook 2003?  I was told it
should automatically pick up my hotmail contacts, but it does not have all
listed.

Is this a paid Hotmail account and are you using the Outlook Connector?

No, I do not think so.  I am new to this job, how can I tell if the connector
has been installed?  (There is no one to ask)

I don't know the answer to this, other than to tell you to examine your mail
profile looking for the service.  I've not used the connector.  SOmeone else
may be able to be more definitive.

If the Outlook Connector is installed, you will see an "Outlook connector"
menu item in your Outlook.
On the other hand, you will see it in Start->Programs->Microsoft Office
Outlook Connector
