I want to export my Outlook2003 Address Book to a CSV file so that I can
import into Hotmail.
In Outlook, when I go to FILE, EXPORT, to a WINDOWS CSV FORMAT, it asks me
from which folder do I want to EXPORT. How do I EXPORT my Address Book.

You want to export your Contacts folder. That is what Outlook displays in the address book.

There is no address book in Outlook.
Data is stored in your Contacts Folder.
