When I try to print all my contacts, approx 1800, using the medium card
style, it will not print out all the information listed in the NOTES section.
It only prints what is actually viewed in when in the 'detailed view mode'.
How to I get outlook to print all my contacts in an address book format
(alphabetically of course) with ALL the information actually listed within
the contact's NOTES field??
Please respond to me via mknipfing@rffassociates.com
Thank you

How are you setting your print parameters? Memo style? If not, then try
the Memo Style.

What about the "IMI Contacts Exporter" from
