Default "file as" setting for existing contacts

I am importing contacts from another program into Outlook. I would like for
my default to file as company instead of last name. I can make the change in
contact options for new contacts, but can't seem to come up with a way to
re-file my existing contacts besides going into each of my 5000 contacts to
change the "file as" line. Any suggestions?

Changing the File As... field for existing Contacts requires running code:
