I created new contacts in BCM, however when I set a
reminder for "call", I do not get notified, reminder time,
etc.  However, if I set a reminder of a contact in
Contacts, I get reminder, etc.  Any ideas?  It seems to be
bug in BCM.

Not a bug, but a missing feature. Outlook never fires reminders for contacts not in the Contacts folder. However, there is a new Reminder Manager tool from http://www.slovaktech.com that can extend reminders to other folders. What I don't know is whether it works with BCM contacts. If you try it, let us know.
